The Ministry of Magic is in shambles, efforts to rehabilitate Hogwarts are underway and the Justice System of Magic is occupied trying to put war-criminals in prison. Generally, the world outside is a grotesque picture of despair. The Chosen One finds himself rather wanting to fade away. After many years, the consequences of the unresolved are being paid. Harry is as miserable as can be; stuck in a cloud of despair; unable to find a way out. When he wakes as the younger brother of Voldemort in his new life to find that he turned back time but, took Voldemort with him.
