Avril is in a bit of a pickle. She just lost her mom and has nowhere else to go but to her father, although he is a stranger to her. She arrives at her father's home, but discovers that he is no longer there. Instead she is left to live with an older brother, Eli, who she never knew existed. 

At least the two strangers have one thing in common - music. Eli is in band and Avril has been playing piano for as long as she can remember.

But things get a little more interesting when Avril meets Eli's band. 

Together the siblings embark on a whole new life filled with love, laughter and self-discovery.

Will Eli be able to cope with teenage girl just appearing in his life? Can Avril resist falling for a band member?

Romie Adler has been a devoted fan of music since she could remember, so much so that she chose a career path that involved making it; the words of the music that is. But.... she learns real fast that living in Hollywood can give you everything you want and everything you don't. Hollywood is filed with lies, love, almost loves, ex-loves, never going to be loves, and most of all finding yourself. Romie knows that somehow she can help herself through Hollywood and life as long as she has a song to guide her.

"Would you like to dance?" the boy asks me. I stare deep into his blue eyes, but I can't figure out who he is. He's tall with dark hair and the brightest blue eyes I've ever seen. I know everyone at this school, but with his features hidden behind his mask I can't tell who he is. "Sure, I would love to." Did I just say that? I agreed to dance with a random boy who I don't know. He takes my hand and leads me to the dance floor. We dance for a few songs and then he asks me, "Would you like to take a walk? I know the perfect place." I nod and he pulls me behind him off the dance floor. We leave the hotel and start walking down a little path. At the end of the path I notice a little fountain surrounded by candles. I wonder if he set this up. We walk over to the fountain and we sit down on the edge. "I had a wonderful time tonight," says the guy. He reaches to his face and removes his mask. I recognize him immediately. How did I not know it before? *** Carter Bennett has managed to survive her first 3 years of high school. Everything has been amazing... for the most part. She had her life completely planned out. Sarah's your average girl, or that's what people think when they see her. She's always been kind of an outcast - always been different. So when she starts showing symptoms of of Anxiety, she isn't surprised to find out she has OCD. At least she has a label for it, right? Luckily she had her friends, the family with no judgment inside. But what's gonna happen now that she's getting ready to start High School, and she won't have her friends there at school with her. The panic attacks just keep coming and the compulsions only get worse throughout the Summer. Sarah starts to wonder if she could ever find happiness again. With music being the only thing reminding her how to smile, she comes up with an idea to bring her family together again. Start a band. See the story of a crazy girl named Sarah, and follow her through her journey of change, and overcoming it. This is the story of a girl with OCD, and her extreme love for music.
