Rhett only wanted to use his dad's WiFi. He didn't want to need to sit through his dad trying to make a portal to the past or whatever. And yet, when two people pass through the portals from the sides, his father is sure this will earn him the respect he lost. But when Rhett learns that in doing so, he could harm the two people who had passed from the portals, he decides to take action. But when his father finds out that his experiment has been stolen, will he hesitate if it was his son who took it?

Diana didn't want to get married. In Ancient Greece, her parents were forcing her to comply. Even when she's merely 16. But that was later then her parents would have preferred, so they were having none of that. Despite their restrictions, she manages to evade suitors. Until her family finds one she won't be allowed to say no to. But when she's out hunting (screw parents) a beam of light practically vacuumed her in to the future. Our present day. The moment she passes though, she passes out. But when she awakes, she learns of the role of women in this new world. Will old restrictions keep her from living her dream?

But even armed with a device that can supposedly stop the portal destined to be created, he gets sucked in. Like another girl he saw before it happened, he passed out cold. This wasn't supposed to happen. The history books say...he shouldn't have been captured. He should have succeeded. But what if the little things alter the big picture? That's what happened. The man (Rhett's dad) altered the big picture. But what happens if the past he worked so hard in stopping could lead to a future he had never imagined?
