In a deserted town with only dirt roads was one place chloe couldn't be in. chloe is a 17 yr old black girl who gets sent to a summer school/home for girls. she comes and meet all the different girls with different personalities which she was ready to be in for. what she wasn't ready to be in for was her teacher as well as her caretaker for the summer, her name is mrs.debicki. Mrs.debicki was quick- witted, nonchalant, stern, and agressive. she didn't care what anyone would have to say it was either you did it or you wouldn't have liked what was coming your way. unless for me it was the opposite.
