Slowly, I peeked out the window, there was another figure coming towards the door. I ran towards the kitchen table grabbing a chair, and lodging it under the doorknob, my heart beating out of my chest. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. I looked out the window for the last time, to see there was already a face watching me- Waiting for me.

"She's here." My sisters says to me quietly. "Who is here?" I question her. "My friend.. You can't see her because she doesn't want you to. She is a ghost." My sister said as she turned back to the TV. I studied her to figure out what she meant by "ghost". "Mandy, there is no ghost. Stop messing around." I said as I shook my head then the TV shut off and the table flipped. I grabbed Mandy's hand and pulled her close. "What's happening?" I said as a tear formed in my eye.
