Every child in Erdas who turn eleven attend a ceremony where they drink nectar to determine if they have a spirit animal or don't.
Irene is an eleven year old girl who, like everyone, wants to summon a spirit animal. She is the daughter of Lelani, Queen of Eura. Irene has been training since the age of one to become a warrior.
Irene, Serena, Rowan, Robin, Leilu, Laini, Resinuko, and Elijah go on a quest to find four kids who summoned very unique spirit animals and to find their talismans.
