When Lance was 11 years old, he fell into an ice lake while visiting family in Canada. He realized he could breathe and control the water. After training his powers better, he became the superhero, Blue Water.
After Keith accidently set a fire to his house that left him with only his brother, he became angry. He becomes the supervillian, Heat.
When they become roommates, secrets will be revealed. Can they get over their past and (FINALLY BE LOVERS) become friends... or more?
