Her father just died from a car accident, her mother died 5 years ago from cancer. She's find her self in a puddle of depression, which soon turns around when she becomes best friends with Kelly who's a surfer. they both later on teaches eachother life lessons, that makes Teresa & Kelly's life become something they never thought could happen. this book show and express the bond and strength of friendship
