The only threat to the empire is the legendary "Defender of the Universe" Voltron, a 328-foot tall robot warrior composed of five lion robots, based on their own elements, whose pilots are known as Paladins. The Zafarian Kingdom is now on the hunt for Voltron more than ever before and King Koara is hurt. Not being able to lead, King Koara appoints Haro to lead the conquering of worlds while Koara heals his wounds back on Zafaria. The paladins still feel the struggle to prove themselves as the new paladins of Voltron and to prove themselves a worthy opponent to the Zafarian Kingdom.
