Unbeknownst to Karma, Death was watching from the corner of the hospital room when she was being born. Fascinated by life, it imprinted on Karma. As the years went by, Death saw her often being bullied at school and couldn't do anything but watch; as taking the life of Karma's bullies would have been too much of a verdict. However, Karma has just been kidnapped and Death is pissed.

Karma
This story is about a 16 year old girl named Melody Swift. Ever since her mother died, her so-called "father" started abusing her. Kids at school are cruel, they bully her brutally just because she's different. She simply waits for everything to get better, after all what's the point in trying when the world will do whatever they can to drag you down. Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her. Shadow could easily take all her problems away, but Melody refuses to take the easy way out. That is, until she just couldn't take it anymore, she takes Shadow's offer and soon her life got better. Her bullies started disappearing, showing up dead in the woods. Their bodies badly mutilated, almost unrecognizable. Life at school started getting better, she finally had human friends and even a boyfriend. Her "father" was found dead at her house. The torture had finally ended. They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do. They tugged and poked and even shoved their disgusting finger in your wound, just to see you cry. To see you change. No pitty in their eyes. They just continue. They drag you around with metal chains, hit you and turn you into a experiment. But I had enough of the tugging, the clawing, the moaning, the crying and pleading for them to stop, but simply feeding them with our pain. They turned me into something, that neither do they know what I am. Their afraid of me, of my reflexes, my strength. I killed a lot of them. They say I have a cold heart, that I don't feel nothing.
