Lyncans in the werewolf world were deemed illegal,  so the werewolf king joined forces with the vampires and a mundain's to develop new and faster ways to hunt them down, because they all agreed they were too over-powered. And because of this lyncans went into hiding. When or if they were found depending on the lyncan they would either kill them on spot or sell them on the black market for a large sum of money.
