* NEW POEMS UPDATED REGULARLY, I decided to do a slow release* This is my second poetry book! I have taken some time lately to just really fully understand my life and what was going on in it. When I wrote my first book I was going through a horrible breakup (if that wasn't obvious). When I was writing this poetry book though my main focuses were more on family issues and how I felt personally. Also to me there is two sides of this book, how I felt at first then how I feel towards the end.

For centuries, the mountain has been used as a metaphor for the big challenges we face, especially ones that seem impossible to overcome. To scale our mountains, we actually have to do the deep internal work of excavating trauma, building resilience, and adjusting how we show up for the climb. In the end, it is not the mountain we master, but ourselves.
