Tw: It doesn't delve into self harm but there is mentions of having depression. There are two main characters, one is a pot addict and the other is an alcoholic. They are both male, this is VERY gay. There will be mentions of sex and the before and afters of sex but I don't know if I want to put smut in this, we'll have to wait and see.(if so, there will be several warnings including one in the chapter title and right before the smut starts so you can skip it if you want)
