Hinotori Todoroki is the second oldest child of Rei and Enji Todoroki and is the only one (as far as she's aware) to get a solely fire based Quirk. She's isolated from her family due to her father believing they'll hold her back. The young girl bears a striking resemblance to her mother.
When her mother finally breaks, Shoto is placed into her care.
