DELINQUENTS (LAST/LOWER SECTION) Sila yung section na hindi mo gugustuhing makasalubong dahil kahit wala kang ginagawa basta ka nalang pagtritripan. Sila ang mortal na kaaway ng mga Royalties dahil hakot sila lagi ng gulo kulang nalang sa detention room nalang sila tumira. Katulad ng normal na paaralan meron din silang SSG Officers pero binubuo lamang ito ng pitong Officer; President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer at dalawang Peace Officers Ang magulo nilang pag-aaral ay mas lalong nagulo ng dumating ang isang bagong estudyante. Isang estudyante na may lihim na tinatago.
