Set 28 years after the end of "Cardfight!! Vanguard G: Z World", the story of Spiral Terra follows the life of Ryuuga Sawada, a young boy with the dream of traveling the world. In his quest to see every single bit of the world, he is lead to Ryuzaki Mikazuchi, a man known for leading the Mikazuchi group, one of the biggest company's in the world. And it's thanks to Ryuzaki that Ryuuga's journey into the world of Vanguard begins.

The fifth entry in the Cray's Collapse Extended Universe (CCEU) as well as the first entry in the V-Series part of the CCEU.

The Cray's Collapse Extended Universe, also known as CCEU, is an extended universe created by kaiishida and 8mefox and is currently composed by stories of kaiishida, 8mefox and Little_Cute_Cookie.
