Repopulating Uvis
Our planet had been on the way to destruction same as many others. However, we were able to turn it around but not without major irreversible genetic damage. It had been many years since a new female has been born on Uvis. We had set out and tried many other planets to find suitable breedable females. After much testing only one planet would work. Gaia or as the inhabitants called it Earth. We had been testing certain ones quietly. Working with their planet's leaders for a few years and have gotten the okay to reach out to the females of this planet. Everything was fine one day the next we kept losing power and then the announcements form the leaders and from an actual freaking alien! The offer was a good one for some, but could they be trusted? What would happen to the women who went to Uvis would they be treated well? Was it just a way to reduce the Earth's population so it was easier to take over? This is the same universe as Owned by them. New characters and a newer more civilized way of acquiring new females. This one is a bit more mature. I was writing this at the same time as the other. After being convicted of a murder she didnt commit alita is left stranded on the hostile world filled with carnivorous plants, ruthless criminals, hostile natives, and bloodthirsty monsters. She comes to realize the world isnt as unforgiving and cold as it seems. She's saved by a native who dislikes humans as much as the next guy but shes intent on sticking by his side in order to survive. Many people had been placed in a cryogenic state. That of which kept them from aging as they made their way out of the infection. For them, a place of safety, The Solar Sun. The Solar Sun space ship was the closest landing unit in the solar system.
