So, it goes like this:
Two very different people start a pen pal relationship. One Alpha, the other Omega. Both from different packs in different countries. There's also a teacher who somehow knows them both and also somehow knows their destiny is to be mates. So she sticks her noes in their business and makes them pen pals.
