15 year old Hail Malcolm has moved at least 8 times since she was 5 and 12 times over all, her family is a military family, Hail feels pressured by all the moving her and her family think it's best that she move to her brothers house, someone she hasn't seen since she was 8, but what happens when Hail discovers that he has a life of his own and is thinking about joining the army himself, putting her right back into the same situation she was trying to run away from, where will Hail go now, she's trapped and she can't get out, will anyone be able to save her? Will she be able to just stay in one place and manage to keep her sanity?
