I don't own any of the characters - they belong to dreamworks - although the movie was based on the biblical story.
I absolutely adore this film and was thinking of doing a sequel / prequel to the prince of Egypt.
However this story is all my own idea and my plots.
I absolutely adore the Egyptian culture and their gods so I'm going to incorporate the idea that Joseph is actually An Egyptian god - unbeknownst to him he holds great power , more than just seeing the future and knowing the meaning of dreams. He is of the Egyptian gods and the Hebrew gods that are attempting to achieve the same goal prevent what will happen in the Exodus - prevent the slavery of 20, 000 Hebrews because it will not only mean suffering of the Hebrews but it will also mean the suffering of all Egypt.
Will his wife help him , will his pharaoh listen to him ? Or will their cultural differences drive them apart

For a millenia man thrived under the gods Egypt. Osiris proved to be a capable and wise ruler. His wife Isis taught man man things and gave them tools to succeed. Nephthys taught them how to prepare the dead, and how to prepare for the afterlife. Yet Set grew greedy. He wanted more power. He wanted his brother's throne. He wanted to rule all of Egypt himself. Have the power for himself. Nephthys, now pregnant, began to fear her husband. He was not the same as when they were married. And so she escaped Thinis and travelled to Memphis to claim sanctuary with her brother and sister. There she gave birth to Anubis. The jackal headed god of death took up his position and began to ferry the dead souls through the underworld. Isis foretold the coming war with Set. But Osiris, always trusting of his brother, did not see the danger. And so invited him to the announcement of Isis' pregnancy. It was there that Set killed his brother. Nephthys and Isis escaped Memphis under the cover of darkness, and took refuge with their loyal followers. There, Isis gave birth to her son Horus. The hawk god, Isis prayed to her grandfather for guidance. As Horus grew older, Set's grip on power strengthened. Fear ruled the young Egypt. But those both god and man were still loyal to Horus and his mother helped plan revenge. Horus, now a man. And his trusted human servant Ahmose battled Set. Hello! I am completely rewriting Disney's animated movie, Hercules, into a Supercorp story because why not I love the movie and I love the ship so complete credit to them. Paradise Lost (Novel Adaptation)
An unofficial retelling of the poem based on Biblical creation by John Milton. I got this idea from watching Wendigoon's video on the poem. First of all I think this would be a great script for a movie, but also I want to see if I could tackle it from a book perspective. Also, read the poem if you want to get the full experience. I'm just writing this without the old English vocabulary and delivering it in the best way I can possible without having unnecessary exposition (which works for poetry and not for a book) and compressing the story in that it cuts the fat and gets to the point. I'm also giving some notes on certain names and what they relate to and where Milton gathered these concepts and ideas from. To state it plainly, like Wendigoon, I am a Christian, so I'm not writing this thing lightly because there is reverence to these names that I'm putting on paper, digital paper that is. This is not the beat-for-beat account of the actual creation story, and it should not be taken as such. It's merely an expansion on certain ideas and characters that is a "could be" or a "what if" situation. If you are a Christian reading this, take it with a grain of salt. If you aren't a Christian, maybe this opens up a new thought for you and you become more interested in Christianity (no I'm not forcing anything down anybody's throats). Either way, this is to be seen just as Wendigoon describes: Biblical Fanfiction. So, with that being said, I hope you enjoy this.
