16 year old Ruby Johannes is traveling with her grandparents to San Diego, California. Ruby strays away from her grandparents in China town, to Korea town, and finally to Japan town. She stumbles apon a very familier resturant called Ramen Ichiraku, when she walks in she is shown to a stool that enables her to watch the chef. Before she gets it though the chef calls over a man named Itachi. What will happen? And what will she learn about herself?
