Open up a box of colors. Look at the names. Each color has a specific name to match their color. In color town, everybody is given a name to match their eye color. Black and White can tell what a child needs to be named based upon what they feel when they examine the mother upon her being six months pregnant. They do this through magic. There's nothing special about the people of color town. They don't have magic. They're just normal people trying to live their life. Color town goes behind these colors and views their personal life.
