Mimi is a dancer for her dance team but is also the coach, the dance program is for dancers who want to go on to be actors. Weird concept yes, I know, but half of dance is acting because you must show all your emotions with your face and movement, not just the music. But when a newly famous actor talks to her after the show she gets a bit involved which could ruin the biggest chance in her life.

I sit on the bed and cross my arms, wincing when the pressure from my arm sends a jolt of pain through my injured hand. "Yes, you have been.
