What We Exchange For Power

"The world is dying as it is. I guess you can say fear really is freedom. But I don't want this anymore. I guess I have no choice left."

People can exchange something from their physical body, but they never know what they lose or gain till they try. The process of giving something up in order to get a superhuman ability, is called an exchange, as is the ability itself. However those who perform an exchange can be lost to the power. Many cities fell to those with power, the only places that didn't get destroyed were the small, sleepy towns. That's why there are celestials to protect the people, so more aren't lost.
