Varian Corona was just your average teenagers, hands out with friends, face bullies, a father as a police officer and trying to get your dream girl to notice. But it all change when Allah, God of the moon, decide to mess around and now Varian have part of his powers. He use it to kill crimicals and manage to get his biggest crush, Judy Pot to hang out with him.
What he didn't expected is W, a mysterious teenager, to be on his track and her in his way, not just to stop but, but to take Judy away from him. Varian is taking risks to stop W, to end this game he started before someone gets hurt.

Following his trial, Varian is sentenced to servitude in Ingvarr to pay for damages to Corona. Lieutenant Cassandra is supposed to escort him there, but Rapunzel wants her best friend on her journey. To compromise, the Princess suggests taking Varian with them. ------------------- Updates will typically release on Sundays at 8AM EDT. The cover art is made by yours truly, and was inspired by an album cover from my favorite music artist, Kiltro! Go check out their music- which also inspired the name of this story, haha. My personal favorite song in Underbelly (the album) is Errasuriz. Also! I write everything in google docs, which is where I format everything for AO3 (this work is cross-posted to AO3). So if you spot any letters encased in angled brackets, I apologize, it's how I italicize words, strike them out, and format for AO3. I will do my best to edit them out for you. (Note: All rights go to Disney. While this story involves new dialogue, setting, and storyline, some elements remain the same. Many people long for a bigger and better life, especially as a young child and occasionally even a blossoming teen. However, this rule does not seem to apply to the young, starry eyed Violet Asaki. She has everything she needs: somewhat loving parents, good food, a roof over her head; and of course her whole entire world, her best friend Varian. And these things are something that simply cannot be pitted against leaving everything you know and love behind just to pursue a dull adventure. Why would you? However, reality seems to believe otherwise; and with the sudden threatening presence of mysterious black rocks with apparent magical properties in her village, Violet's world is completely flipped upside down. With the King arrogantly ignoring the arising crisis; Varian becoming unrecognisable, as well as her battling her confusing arising feelings for her best friend, and Princess Rapunzel, who promised to fix all of this mess now suddenly out of the picture, Violet must take matters into her own hands when a crazed demon shows up completely out of nowhere, threatening to destroy everything and everyone that is dear to her for seemingly just for the fun of it. Varian and the Seven Kingdoms (Varian's Seven Trials)
This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way. I'll likely take a lot of inspiration from other fans too and I think that's what's great about vat7k, we all inspire each other with our ideas! :) This is probably gonna be a long one, hope you enjoy!!
