Emotion - an affective state of consciousness in which joy, sorrow, fear, hate, or the like, is experienced, as distinguished from cognitive and volitional states of consciousness. Emotions are funny things, really. They can make you, or break you. Build you up, or tear you down. They're what makes us human.

To be completely honest, it's just a load of randomly plucked words from the air, infused together with some punctuation and their job is to represent the bunch of emotion I, - a tired, caffeine filled, late night worker- threw together in hopes that I would touch a passionate soul trapped inside a body with a thought-provoking mind and rapidly beating heart. This is a book I write in to relieve my mind of the horror it creates for itself. Poems or not, they're words. Definitions or examples, they're words. My words. Read it or not, they're my words.
