There were streaks of light flying everywhere. There could be screams heard from miles away, but Vika paid no heed to them. She ran through the flowing throng of people pushing past everyone, looking for the two faces that mattered most to her. She ran past countless bodies on the ground, until she saw two that seemed familiar. Vika slid over to the two men laying on the ground. It was clear that they were dying, their eyes were closed and blood was seeping through their clothes from various places. Their faces were unusually pale and their lips were blue. Tears escaped through her eyes. Tears that Vika had kept in all those times she had wanted to cry, all those times she had felt hopeless and defeated. But then, she had been stronger. Now she was not. So, as she shook the two men, trying to make them open their eyes, she cried. She cried like she never had before.
Vika felt someone grab her hand. She looked down to see that one of the twins was now holding her hand and had slightly opened his eyes.
"Don't Die." She whispered to him. He pulled her closer to him and kissed her cheek.
"I love you." He went limp under her body and dropped his hand. That was the end of it. She knew. She didn't even bother looking at the other twin. Vika knew that both of them were dead. And that was when she really started crying.
