He took a step towards her. "There is no such thing as soulmates."
She looked up at him and put her hand on his chest, intending to push him away. "Then why are you so close to me right now?" She tilted her head to the side slightly.
He immediately gave her a glare.

McGonagall decides it's time to tell the older students of a secret, going on for generations, and generations to come. Soulmates.
They start to show a special marking, anywhere on their body, the same place and type as their soulmates.
Y/n gets her soulmate marking, only to find out she had the same as Draco Malfoy. She doesn't want to tell him, instead she tries to make her mark visible so he comes up to her, but he doesn't show any signs of complying.
That's when she goes and tells him herself, and; he isn't very nice about it.
