The world held its breath as people with "superpowers" appeared across the Earth. Wars were fought over control of these beings, but they failed to contain their ever-growing population. Soon, factions composed almost entirely of them appeared on almost every continent. One such faction was known for its members being mainly composed of assassins, mercenaries, and highly skilled fighters. Their operations mainly consisted of sneaking into highly protected government facilities or simply hacking into them to steal or make copies of highly important and secret files.
One such file contained information on the discovery of a strange fissure on the surface of the Earth in South America. After investigating it for themselves, members of the faction concluded that an apocalypse was soon to come. They believe this as this fissure ran deep into the Earth, and it was filled with monstrosities. Their beliefs were proven true three years later when two more fissures appeared between the Asian and European Continents. Billions of monsters poured out, wave after wave, each stronger than the one before. Within ten days, humanity's population dwindled to nearly 1% of its population before the monsters came. Governments and militaries toppled over in days, leaving very few of the remaining factions to protect the remaining populace.

Rhys, the Warden of Zamaton Colony, has taken measures to prevent the catastrophic events from ever reaching their quiet life, where Kayden Moss, the survivalist in question, has lived for the past 3 years. But no matter how hidden, they would never be safe, and some of those agents understood that. So as Legend began to dye out, the Chiefs started contacting all former Legend agents, and proposing a new idea. A new agency. A smarter, more powerful, more compassionate and loyal agency. One that would ensure the protection of each family. Knowing that no former Legend agent would be safe on their own, they agreed to the new program. All former Legend assets and their families would return to the agency, where they would live comfortable lives. Where they would be safe. The Apocalypse
The ice deep in the north has melted to reveal a new world hidden under the ice. It holds vegetation and animals that seem unworldly when compared to ours, but hidden in the deepest part of this world is another cave with the oldest surviving strains of an ancient bacteria capable of taking host of dead creatures and reanimating them into beasts worse than before. This strain had grown weak over the ages and was nearly extinct, but the human immune system, never being exposed to this, caused the strain to thrive inside its new unexpecting host and spreads out to the world. It starts small, just a speck on the hands of a few people, but soon, it spreads to door handles, pens, books, chairs, things like that. It continues spreading and now has infected its first corpse, the remains of an ant. This new creature comes and spreads to that ant's nest and then to the animals that eat them. Before less than a month passed, the virus had spread to a graveyard in the hidden grottos of the Yukon. This virus, now able to think from the new minds of fresh bodies, can strategize. In only another week, the epidemic had spread to the northern edge of the United States. Spreading further and further in, people began to notice this strange happening. From people disappearing to entire towns popping out of existence, the bacteria continued to spread. To keep order, the governments had those who disappeared erased from existence, but it wasn't enough. The takeover of those long gone happened in less than three weeks and society collapsed. Spreading overseas, it began its removal of life in Europe, but that's a story for another day. We now come to those few remaining settlements in the collapsed U.S, now called The Crumbled Land. Humanity used to thrive in 2035 until a group of scientists started playing God. This science team was recruited by all the top world leaders and they've begun receiving demands for a super soldier, and they began experimenting on animals, which gave the scientists expected results, but like all experiments, there was a chance for failure. The humanoid animals, or Anthros for short, started getting smarter, faster than the scientists expected, or reacted. The Anthros broke free and took what was left of the 'White Mist,' the substance that created them, and put it into the planet's air supply. Long story short, most animals worldwide have begun transforming into Anthros, and started devastating the world's militaries before attacking cities. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. Of course for everyone else, it was much more than a few years, it was three hundred to be precise. It began 52 years ago when a bunch of archaeologists found two relics from an ancient monument somewhere around the forest in southeast Asia. Because of human curiosity, they have released something that not supposed to exist in the human world. "black-spirit" flew out from the portal and some of them possessed humans at random. It turns them into a "beast" or "demon", or maybe both. They called it "terror (terminator of race)". The "Ancient-Man" came to rescue which transformed into "Golden Knight". Since then, ECG and "Ancient-Man" joined forces to creates seven-raven golden knights as shorten for "GARDION" which means the guardian. The Captain of Golden Knight, Izagi combined all the strength from his six other fellows to summon the Kamui-Armor and defeat "King of Terror (El-Sadom)" in the "Sacred War". Despite holding advantage in a lot of areas, they are still fighting two wars, one against Cerberus and the other against the Corrupter's Armada, previously known as the Anthro Army. Focusing on the latter, the Alliance has made slow yet steady progress in retaking Canada, while the members of the previously known Human Army, the Shadow Legion, were defending against Cerberus. Events have also been happening that have been, so far, unexplainable. Reports from all over have been giving signs of a fourth Army, one of unknown origin or numbers. They arrive suddenly from out of nowhere and attack a place, before disappearing just as quickly. It is assumed that whatever this army is, they are beyond advanced when it comes to hiding a large force. Where Reapers would normally patrol all over, they have completely changed in strategy and have gone deeper into the Eastern Continents.
