This book is a collection of either 50 word short stories that I have written, blackout stories (if you don't know what these are, go on Pinterest or Google and search 'blackout poetry', I don't make poems, but it's the same idea), or little stories that I have created by extending a prompt I have found on the Internet (NOTE: I AM NOT CLAIMING OWNERSHIP OF ANY PROMPTS THAT I HAVE USED, JUST THE REST OF THE STORY THEY ARE USED IN. I WILL WRITE THE PROMPT AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE IF I HAVE USED ONE) 

Updates occur if and when I create something worthwhile sharing.

To Warm Frozen Fingers // A Short Story Collection by MidnightBeast1098

I like to write. As you may be able to tell. I haven't been very good at writing lately. As you may also have been able to tell. That's why I've decided to write a short story collection. The stories won't interlink, some may vary wildly and you might even wonder if they were written by the same person (the answer is yes). Overall, I'm aiming to write 23 stories, which was one per day for 23 days but I failed at that (*seethes* college work...) so now I'm just aiming to finish it before winter is over! The stories won't be very long - I'm only allowed to write for 10 minutes per story, just to get me going again (and literally warm my fingers, I get really really cold fingers for some reason) and the most I've ever written in that time is around 500 words. The title basically says it all. This will be a collection of really short stories and poems I have made recently in a creative writing class as warm-ups, so just sit back and enjoy a few chapters of random things based off of random prompts. This might be a crazy ride for the both of us. Caution: there will probably be many triggering chapters in this, so if you can't handle the mentioning/allusion to suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, cutting, blood, or self-depreciation of any kind, I would not recommend reading any of this.
