Shoto Todoroki had lived his life in isolation, bound by bloodline and vicious motivations he couldn't escape from. He'd entered U.A. on reccomendations, and had expected his stoic, uninterested appearance to repell those around him as it always had. As it turns out, Izuku Midoriya had a philosophy that drove him deep into the anguish Todoroki was drowning in to pull him back to the surface, and had enthralled him along the way.
Alternatively, Izuku and Iida rescue Todoroki from Endeavor, and help him deal with his trauma so he can live a happier life. There's also some definite fluff and romance, and it will be very VERY gay so be warned.
