Terrified, I took steps backwards until I was flush against the wall, caged in by his arms. He was breathing heavily and I could feel his heart racing, Kal was struggling to control his wolf. I knew I shouldn't agitate his wolf more than he already was, so i backed down.
'Don't make me lock you up Tesoro Mio' he threatened. Flashbacks to my eighteenth hit me and I began to panic, the air left my lungs as I started dry heaving, tears invaded my vision. I was no longer in the room with Kal, I was travelling to the relentless nightmarish thoughts that plagued my head.
'Reina, breathe baby, it's okay you are okay.' Fear evident in his voice. I slid to the floor in Kal's arms as he was calming me he dipped his head towards my neck and began placing little kisses just shy of my collarbone.
