A Voltron fic that takes place in a coffee shop in Japan! The gang have just graduated/are in the final years of university, doing their studies and building their lives while living on the edge of Tokyo. Every morning, gathering in the little coffee shop, we see them shape into "real" adults. But are any of them ready to grow up or move on? Lance feels like he is running out of time to tell Keith how he feels and Keith doesn't want his heart to break again so he pushes his feelings aside. Will they both have the courage to say how they feel? Allura and Lotor have been dating for almost 2 years. But to them, it feels like yesterday they were confessing their feelings and going on first dates. Allura wants them to be more than just dinner dates and picnic trips; she wants kids and marriage. Lotor wants it too, but he also wants to live his youth without being chained down. Shiro, who graduated back in America, came to Japan to escape when a tragic event struck his peaceful life. He just wants somewhere to call home, someone to call family and a way to hide his furtive past. Pidge is trying to rebuild her life in the beautiful world of strawberry pocky and barley tea, but her desires and the expectations of friends and family keep pulling her under the sea that is youth. She feels so closed in that all she can dream about in her dotted apron is escaping to the stars. Feeling responsible for the drama within the group, Hunk takes it upon himself to fix the group. Little does he realise the damage he is doing to himself with the heavy burdens he keeps taking on. Everyone around him is oblivious and all Hunk wants is someone to ask if he is ok.
