Ryan Ross lives on a caravan park run by his parents in Sussex Inlet, A small town in regional Australia. Brendon Urie comes from a troubled home in Las Vegas, Nevada. When Brendon's father is incarcerated, His Australian mother packs the two of them up, and moves them half way across the world to Australia.
Brendon and Ryan cross paths when they're sent to attend Riverview college, a prestigious boarding school in Sydney's eastern suburbs.
