Best friends since high school
I watch the videos Max and I would make together just for fun. I laugh softly, holding my phone out in front of me as tears pool up in my eyes. I miss him.. So much.. "No!! Max!!" My voice screams over the phone. I laugh again. He'd always pick me up by my legs and run me around. I still remember how we met.. He'd always been the guy to do the right thing. He was walking down the freshman hall- he was a junior and saw me being bullied. He defended me from that day on and.. I think I fell for him. But now he's famous. He makes videos with Adam. I'll never see or talk to him again.. ---------- Cassandra Rose, 17 years old. She used to be best friends with Max- when he lived in Louisiana. He moved to Seattle, met Adam, became one of his editors, and now makes videos with him. She thinks she'll never see him again but when she sees he's back in Louisiana for vacation.. She knows she has to see him.Concluída
Unintentional Passion
Geovanni Have you ever gotten that feeling that somebody was watching you? And that person who was watching you wasn't normal. I have felt that way all of my life; but then again I felt as if I went missing nobody would even notice or care I was gone. I am 23 and just graduated from college. I was there an extra year because I had to take care of my family. I had to transfer back into the city and pick up the extra work because my mom died, and my dad became addicted to anything that would numb his pain. My little sister and brother would be lost without me here. But now I could care less. A cold breeze blew through my window waking me up from my thoughts. I looked over in the corner and saw that nothing was there. It was odd because I felt like someone well more like something was there. It had to be my imagination getting the best of me. I laid back in my bed and closed my eyes. Then all of a sudden I got the feeling I wasn't alone. But the really strange thing is that even if there was someone in here with me I felt safe. Jordan. I watched her as she slept. In fact I have been watching her since she was born. I have waited half a century to find that one person. I think I have finally settled on her. She was my choice. I know. After being in as many relationships as I have you know things. I felt my fangs tingle. Her blood smelled so sweet. Her heartbeat was steady and strong. I took my tongue and ran it across my fang. The temptation to indulge in her red liquid was far too strong. I let out a low growl and jumped out her window. I was ready for a hunt. "Did you see her Jordan?" "Yes, and tomorrow night you will turn her," "Why do I have to turn her?" "Ezra, you know once you turn them, they hate you," "I didn't hate pops," "You wanted to join though," "True, but first see if she wants to be turn before you jump to conclusions," I nodded my head, before me and Ezra took off to find some fresh blood for the night.
The Forgotten Sister.
Pretend your invisible to everyone around you. How would you feel? Now pretend your invisible to the ones you love the most. That feeling would suck right? The sad thing is, I'm in that predicament right now. Yet I'm not invisible, I'm not missing from the world......... I'm just forgotten.Concluída
My Teddy
The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I ask, swinging my feel a little. He shakes his head shyly, his mouth not moving at all. Geez! Why do I want to hear this dude talk so much? "Okay, that's fine. I can give you a nickname." I offer happily. He looks up from his book, raising his eyebrows. I just stare for a moment. He has nice eyes. Pretty brown chocolate orbs. They remind me so much of....... "Teddy." He shakes his head immediately, frowning. "What, why not? You remind me of my old teddy bear. He was a good listener and he didn't talk much..... just like you." I say softly, tilting my head. He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?" He sighs, the first sound I have ever heard him make. "No." . . . *Jordan* Teddy!? Seriously!? She gave me a fucking NICKNAME!? What the hell does this girl want!? I stuff my hands into my pockets, walking down the busy street. Forget about her. She's just a annoying pretty girl, she'll go away. Everybody does. She HAS to go away. *Spoiler alert*: she doesn't. Don't get close to people or they'll end up getting hurt. That's my mindset. I've been through enough of that. This girl doesn't belong in my world anyway. She's too innocent. *Mature content* {Just a quick update, I am basically rewriting the story. I wrote it when I was in 8th grade and it makes me cringe every time I try to go back and edit it so keep in mind that it'll get better}Concluída
His Slut Of The Week || Wattys 2016
I smiled at him but tears were starting to blur my vision together. "I hate you." His smile faltered and he looked taken back, "Not like that, Drake. I hate you because you make me cry. You're supposed to beat up the guys who make me cry, not be one of them." "But they are happy tears, right?" he clarified. I smiled and nodded my head, before gripping his shirt, pulling his body against mine. "I'll never make you cry because you're sad, understood? I'm never leaving you." I didn't respond this time, I just sat in his lap, holding his torso and he played with my hair. "I don't know if I can let you in yet Drake," I told him truthfully, the one thing I had been dreading telling him. "I know. But I'll never hurt you like the others have. I-"he cut himself off and took a deep breath. "Riley?" he moved me away from his shirt. I looked at him in the eyes and say an emotion. One I hadn't seen in a long time and one I haven't seen in his eyes before. "Can I kiss you?" __________________ Drake was the player of the school. Everyone knew his name. Riley was the nerd of the school. No one knew her name. Complete opposites but for some reason, opposites seemed to attract. Riley knew that Drake had a new girl every week, but she felt like she could change him. And maybe she could. Maybe she'd be different. *Based on a true story*Concluída
Forgotten (Jason McCann)
She looked exactly like her. I couldnt tell if i was hallucinating or just seeing things, probably both. I thought as I looked down at the girl I had recently bumped into. She was beautiful. She was perfect. So fucking perfect. What if it's her? No it can't thats not possible. Is this real? Maybe someone drugged my drink. Or am i just really drunk? No this only happens when im high. "I'm Frankie" She smiled. "I'm Jason" I smiled back. Her smile was beautiful. Just like Emily's.Concluída
His Mako Infused Eyes (Cloud Strife Love Story)
Pardon some grammatical errors, I created this a few years ago, way back 2015. t was a tragic ending for her.. Yes.....Tragic.. But for him.. It was pain, sorrow, loneliness and agony.. She died the same day Zack died.. Atleast for him.. But for her.. It was the start of a new life.. A new beginning.. A new set of Memories.. But sometimes even if you already forgotten about the past. It will haunt you. It will bring you back.. To be able to remember who you were before and to never forget where it all started...Concluída
A Poet's Secret
Being in love with your best friend isn't the ideal life situation but for Zora, it's her only life situation. Secretly harboring her feelings for her best friend, Sierra, Zora pours her emotions into her journal in the form of poetry. After years of keeping her attraction for her friend at bay and trying to deny her feelings by forcing herself to love a boy who unconditionally loves her, Zora's favorite emotional outlet becomes the cause of her life falling apart as the truth finally comes out. ***** It was happening again. It was dark, sunset, I waited for her to be done with volleyball practice 'because she was my ride'. Somehow we wandered from the gym to the football field and we were sitting at the very top of the bleachers staring at each other. Her dark hair mirrored the direction of the wind, the setting sun being replaced by the brightness of her smile. We were sitting so close I could feel her warmth. It was an unusual situation. Friends don't do this. We held eye contact for a long time before I couldn't take it anymore and just closed my eyes. It wasn't real, she was just my friend. Then, I felt her tuck a strand of my curly hair behind my ear. That with the chill of the night sent shivers down my spine and a swarm of butterflies attacked my stomach. I reopened my eyes. If she didn't want me, why did she look at me that way? I held her hand and I held it for so long because I didn't know if we'd have another moment like this. We talk and laugh and she tells me I'm pretty and I ask her if she'd just noticed that and we laugh again. I realize the feelings I felt in that moment were not just the intense feelings of attraction that I felt every time I was with her. Warmth flooded to my face and if it wasn't for my dark complexion, my blush would be noticeable. I look into her dark-colored eyes and I come to the conclusion that I'm royally fucked and I'm probably also in love.Concluída
Just Me Against the World
Lara has always lived in the shadows, convinced she isn't enough. The world feels overwhelmingly loud, too vivid, and far too big for someone like her. She hides from attention, avoids risks, and sees herself through a lens of self-doubt, her flaws magnified and her worth invisible. Life in the background feels safer, even if it means missing out on connection and joy. When a group project pairs her with Nathan, her confident and charismatic classmate, Lara's carefully guarded world begins to shift. Nathan exudes ease and charm, surrounded by friends whose laughter and effortless connection make her feel even more out of place. Yet, his quiet kindness and surprising attentiveness draw her in, challenging her belief that she doesn't belong. For the first time, Lara begins to wonder if maybe, just maybe, she's not as invisible as she thought. As she spends more time with Nathan and his friends, Lara slowly starts to open up. Their warmth chips away at her defenses, but it also forces her to confront her fears. She struggles with feelings of inadequacy and questions whether she's truly deserving of the attention and affection she's receiving. Her growing feelings for Nathan only intensify this internal conflict-can someone like him really see her as worthy, and more importantly, can she see herself that way? Encouraged by her steadfast best friend Bea and Nathan's quiet support, Lara begins the painful but necessary journey toward self-acceptance. It's a battle fought not against others but within herself. She starts to realize that her worth isn't defined by perfection or others' opinions but by embracing who she truly is. Lara's story is one of identity, courage, and breaking free from self-imposed limitations. It's about stepping out of the shadows and discovering that the hardest battles often lead to the brightest transformations. Will she claim her place in the world or retreat to the safety of the background?Concluída
