Amethyst Smith was born by a prophecy and was separated from her four sisters. Her four sisters live separate lives and have been wondering and looking for her so they can fulfill the prophecy because without her it cannot be completed. Amethyst meets a new guy at school who she discovers that he is a vampire and when she finds out what he is, he tells her what supernatural being she is. After he tells her the truth about her life they go on a journey to meet her sisters. But someone from the past shows up to kill Amethyst and her sisters.
