As tradition holds the vampire-witch parents must arrange marriage 4 their children. That is assuming vampire-witch doesn't find his or her mate on own but the there are laws/rules that must be followed to be accepted if you are an outsider.


Mortals can't marry till 18, vampires can't marry till they reach 200 they are seen as adolescents till then and even then some are still seen as young.  Children can't be birthed till the female vampire-witch 400 or the equivalent of 25-30yr mortal years. Aging changes drastically after age of 200, the human aging slows way down while vampire aging speeds up.... vampire-witch age of 200 is equivalent of 18-20yr human... this is just so you understand why certain can't be in the story.All Rights Reserved
