At SI his job is literally just to deliver coffee and order materials from the magazines. Her parents, Eric and Lillian Aiken, died and baby Stephanie went missing for 7 years. She was presumed dead, until found and handed over to a family very close to the Aikens. The Starks. Tony was shocked to find out he was now legal guardian of a child, but after some convincing from Pepper, his trusty assistant, he took her in as his own. Stephanie never really spoke, she was closed off and didn't like physical contact and Tony was okay with that. Less work for him.
