Each has given and taken much from this world called home.
Life has given birth to all those who reach for a breath of air. Humans, animals, plants, anything and everything that has been given life soon succumbs to the waiting temptation in Death. And he gladly takes them from their beautiful lives. Whether to spite Life or for the simple pleasure of seeing her creation's take their last breath, he comes to steal their soul away nonetheless.
Creation was the maker of all. His being alone shines light among his daughter's creations, but there cannot be light without darkness to follow it. Destruction comes in vengeance, in envy, of Creation, taking all he can from him.
In this world that has been graced with Life, there are tragedies and betrayals that are followed by hurt and anguish. To trust is to give and all Death and Destruction do is take, and their prices are hefty. Not many can afford to give what they require, but times are desperate and humanity must quickly learn to give everything they have to Death, for he is all they will have.
This not a story of love, but one of hate.
Here lies my story.
And here lies Death.

Underestimated...
