Hi, I'm Hazelnut. It's a pretty weird name but in Novella Terra Firma (NTF) (basically "Fairy Tale Land" in 1800s language), anything can happen.
And I mean ANYTHING. Well, maybe not anything.
There may or may not be dramatic moments, there may or may not be plot twists, there may or may not be love and fights, who knows. I'm just a citizen of NTF and a bystander in the story who for some reason can break the fourth wall. Don't worry though, unlike Monika from DDLC, I'm not sad that I'm trapped in a book. It's actually pretty interesting.
One more thing to clear up : I'm not a major character in the story. I'm just a narrator, okay?
If you want to know what happens, read on. I'm not telling you 'cause spoilers. All I can tell you is strap you seatbelts (nah it's not bad) because as the title suggests, this is not your fairy tale.

About updates, I wish I could say I will be posting at least once a day but I know that won't be true because I'm currently editing my book that I am publishing this summer (2020) and this story is more of just a de-stressor (is that a word) so the grammar and writing, especially the tense (it will most likely flip between present and past tense, just pretend it is all the same) might not be perfect, but I just felt like writing it. Isn't it said that you should give away what you don't use? After losing my life, I became the Villainess in a novel I didn't even finish. That was alright; I had asked for this second chance, after all. Even if I didn't think my desperate pleas were going to be answered like this, I would not waste this chance. Living with my family was comfortable, but my ambitions were big. Still, the first thing to do was to evade the death flags. For that, I have to evade the Crown Prince at all costs. As a commoner, if he sees me and takes me as a concubine like in the original, it will be very troublesome. But what is this!? Didn't my parents tell you I was sick?
