Sophia had led a mostly normal life for her last twenty-eight years, graduating with a bachelors in computer science and going about life one day at a time like any other person. Her only oddity was a black birthmark in the center of her chest shaped like two burned wings. At least that had been all until strange nightmares of a raven haired woman who looked just like her began to plague her. Dreams of angels and demons and war and... love. A love that had now caused her centuries of forgotten torment. Now as the memories surface she is faced with many paths she never imagined would exist, including one that would bring the figure of the past back to life and a demon's love fully upon her.
Azrael had been the First General of Lucifer's armies for thousands of years. Many believed him a soulless creature, with golden eyes that held no pupil and crimson hair that rivaled blood in color. He was the King of the Underworlds right hand, was being the key for the worst thing a demon could do in Lucifer's eyes was love and to fall in love with a human was a serious offense. To love an angel was a death sentence. Now as centuries have passed and Azrael awakens from his forced sleep he seeks that which was marked with his power so long ago, the angel he had fallen in love with and caused to fall from the grace of the Overworld.

Following the events of the Azriel bonus chapter... Extremely slow-burn sexy Elriel, angsty Az, forbidden love, glamorous parties, powers, and DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA. Smutty, sexy, angsty... NSFW -- Love? Friendship? Mistake. Shuddering into her sheets, she flung off the quilt and heaved a sigh. It WAS a mistake. Clearly she was broken. And it wasn't the cauldron that did it. It was her. Because SHE picked Grayson while still human and then Azriel after becoming fae. But all Elain kept receiving was rejection, rejection, rejection. If immortality was just filled with getting her heart broken into pieces once every couple years over and over and over... she didn't want it. She wanted safety. She wanted security. She wanted a love that was written in the stars, perfectly laid out for her, and safe to grasp ahold of. And that's when she realized it: she wanted fate... but more specifically... she wanted to live by the cauldron's decision. Because if she couldn't choose love for herself without getting her heart broken, then perhaps she should put her trust in the cauldron. But she would do it her way. The primal nature of a mating bond was fae enough... it needed some... grooming. Leaving the comfort of her quilts and standing up, she drew towards the window, overlooking the front lawn of the River Mansion. Looking out her window, Elain came to a decision, her eyes gliding across the Sidra as it wound its way through Velaris and out into the realm of the rest of the Night Court. Court. Courting. She would court Lucien Vanserra, trust the cauldron, and get the Hells out of the Night Court and away from these infernal shadows."

"This is the kind of secret that burns through the bottom of whatever box you lock it up in" • "Stay still." He took his sharp talon and moved aside a piece of her blonde- practically white- hair, still damp from the bath, and tossed it over her shoulder. His claw glided down her slender neck to her shoulder and slipped under the strap of her nightgown, giving a teasing tug. "This-" His deep voice flooded her frail being, "is very cute." Individual threads slowly snapped as he lifted his claw, taking the strap with him. "What are you doing?" She asked, her small frame trembling against his much larger body, which satisfied a deep-rooted desire within him. "Do you always wear such provocative clothing?" He muttered in husky annoyance. ~•~•~ Irina is the first human born in the underworld- an utter mystery. 18+ Edited and Completed When Mira bumps into a man in the club, dressed in wings, she thought "What kind of an inconsiderate idiot wears wings to the club". Its only until she touches the wings that she realises that they are very much real. Within an instant, Mira's life is turned upside down. Knowing now that angels and demons are real and have been living amongst humans on earth for decades, she decides she needs to learn more about them and about the sight that she was gifted by this mysterious angel, Jenziel. One other thing bothered Mira. Where were the other women with the sight and why was she the only one to be gifted the sight? With Lucifer's demons hunting her down, time is running out for Mira. If Lucifer get his hands on her, he will use her to spawn more advanced demons. Can the fallen keep her and the rest of the mortals safe? Excerpt: "So, are you planning on telling me what happened in the city with the demons, or do I have to tempt Kazier into a make out session to get some answers?". Azriel used his annoying angel gift and speed walked me to the bathtub. The back of my knees hit the tub with a thud and I stumbled back into a seating position on the edge of the tub. I was leaning back uncomfortably and gasped in disbelief, nearly about to fall into the tub and hurt myself and grabbed onto the only I could; the band of his pants. Azriel's eyes dropped to where my fingers were gripping onto and slowly, he snaked his vision up to me. I watched him for a few seconds until he seemed to have snapped out of his thoughts. "You will do no such thing, you hear me? You will not try to entice Kazier". I shivered when he spoke, his breath tickling my face. I bit my tongue from refraining to say anything to upset him further but failed miserably. "Maybe...maybe I don't even have to try...".

His pupils dialate and a smirk shudders my whole body just looking at it. He lowers his head and burries his head in my neck. A slight gasp leaves my lips as I can feel a low chuckle against my neck. "S-stop Luc-" I was cut off by his hot breathing hitting my soft skin. "You don't want me to stop. I know you don't, I can read you like a book." He says and I bite my bottom lip looking away. He buries his head in my neck and I feel a slight burn sensation on my neck. A moan leaves my lips as the burn hurts in a pleasurable way. A moan leaves my lips as his soft lips seem to be kissing around my skin and he starts to nibble on my neck causing me to moan a little louder. He pulls away and smirks at me looking at my slight panting as a small burning sensation is left where he kissed me. ... "Goodbye my love." I say as I grab a golden encrusted dagger off the shelf of treasures. I grab it by the handle and turn around to see him one more time. "I'm not playing with you open the wall!" He says and looks at me with a pitiful look. My hands shaking and I feel the cold metal against my chest plate. "I may never have made you the happiest or even made you interested in me but you have made me the happiest girl in heaven and hell." I say and push it closer to my to the point I can feel a sting. He looks at me with both hands on the glass and I can feel the light around my eyes dim slightly with fear. "I love you Lucifer." And with that I took my final breath as the metal pierced through me. A gasp of air leaves my lungs and I can see Lucifer with a defeated look as I each a hand to the glass before it turned back to stone and my body falls.
