You are a former parasite who has just passed away after having some eighty-odd years rebuilding the planet. Finding yourself in the young body of your 25-year-old person, you are informed that you are now in the realm of the afterlife, Valhallar. Hundreds of other former parasites are in this place, too, and you recognize among them many familiar faces. Not all of them are exactly friendly, however, and among those faces is your blonde-haired, green-eyed leader: 9 'α.

Hey guys, I hope this novel finds you well, particularly if you're still dealing with post-DitF depression. This work is a tribute to the deceased Nines from Darling in the FranXX, who I feel should have had far more character development than the canon plotline permitted.
