Vanity Wilds was adopted with a wonderful life in the city till she turned eight. Her mother was abusive and soon Vanity and her father left to the sweet suburbs. Well then came a fire that broke out during spring break when she turned 17. Vanity's only friend killed and she was blamed. Now she is brought to the living Hell of Thorns and Bones. This is the Outcast!

His eyes met my own, he was the bad boy of the school, making everyone his bitch! I approached him, why should I be afraid? His body radiated heat, I wasn't going any closer then a foot away from him. I looked up at his six foot, five inch toned body. He slid a smirked to me," What does the Outcast want?" He stepped closer to me, ten inches. I gave him a smirk back with my hands finding my hips." Walking to class, why does the Bad Boy care?" He narrow his eyes and stepped closer, three inches. His cologne was intoxicating, he noticed my eyes shutting to smell. " Looks like the Outcast likes the Bad Boy!" A crowd grew around us and he slammed me against the wall, his hands pinning me. His lips came close to my ear," Your weakness!" He whispered and then took off to class. I felt my heart race not in terror but in being breathless. That was Cam Spades the school bad boy. Playing hot and cold with me now? Where the hell is he coming from?

It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it.
