Jesse is doing great with Willy. Then his tank is vandalized and the kid that did it refuses to share his name. His name in fact though is Quinton Whale. His last name is actually Parks but he renamed himself Whale because of what happened when he was young. His mother tried to kill him. They tried to throw him overboard but an orca saved him. Now he's working with Willy but Jesse is more interested in Quinton than training right now.
