Columbus, Ohio has coined the new name of "Meda" fifty years after what's been referred to as the "wave." Fifty years ago, something happened that no one can particularly recall.
The human population has decreased significantly, and to their knowledge, the citizens of Meda are the only civil action left on the world. A towering wall surrounds the city. No one enters, no one leaves.
Most importantly, no one knows.

The Mutation Wave
They said that the end of the world would be long and painful, with plenty of signs and disaster. Well, there were none. Everything was gone in less than a second. A sudden unknown electromagnetic wave swept the Earth, mutating ninety percent of humanity into fast and strong zombies. Dr William Toh should have been one of them, except he retained his mental capacity and gained a unique physiology instead. And he was not alone. This is my first story ever so please do not judge 😅 and sorry if is not that good The other countries have always believed America was always a happy, cheerful , annoying country, that isn't responsible enough to do any. But what they don't know about him is that he has 50+ kids to take care of. America acts as if he was always ok and acts as if nothings was wrong. One day America woke up, and saw that his colors of the flag on him were fading into darker colors. While his eyes were turning black. Of course America couldn't let the other countries see him like this, so he covered his flag up with some face paint that he found and just put on his usual sunglasses to cover his eyes. Besides that, his states have been more energetic then ever, things have been going quite crazy with them around the house... But during all these crazy events, not only have things been getting wild, something quite unusual happens.. But what will happen when a certain country finds out that America's flag is turning to darker colors and his eyes are fading to black? What will happen if they find out that America has children? Surculus
Despa lives his life, day after day, locked up in his own room. The world outside that area is meaningless to him, as he will never have to interact with it. Thankfully, he still has the one thing that no one else seems to have in his day-in-age: a reflection. After Surculus, Earth A and Earth B have never been the same, and reflecting is the new norm. By reflecting, one can travel over to the other Earth and interact with the alternate reality. Many embrace this scientific and social breakthrough whole-heartedly, while others... not so much.
