Divergent ever after

This story takes place after Tris died.... but she didn't!! Tris faked her death! And is hiding herself from Christina,Tobias and all the other people. She faked her death because she felt guilty for all the people that died for her... . She just don't want that other people die for her. If Tobias or Christina or someone else will die for her...she would never forgave herself. That's why she had to leave and faked her death, so she can't hurt people anymore. But she misses them a lot and hope they will move on without her... But what happens if Tris bumps into Christina and Tobias??? Will they forgive her??
