Lily used to believe in true love. But, that's before her parents divorced. Now she lives with her dad, who has had it much harder than her mother. Except now even he is trying to move on, be happy in his life for without Cassandra. Where does that leave Lily, though?

When Lily was a child, her dad would often tell her the story of how he and her mother had met- at the time, it seemed like the perfect real-life fairytale.

Now, on the eve before Lily moves from her childhood home, she remembers the story.
