Sarah's parents gave her up to an orphanage when she was a baby.

"Did you really have to say that?" I asked. Zane rolled his eyes. "Well he wouldn't leave so I had to do what I had to do." he said. "You could've said something different. Now he'll never tell us what the Orb is!!" I screamed. Zane looked confused. "Why would he know what the Orb is? We don't even know or why it chose you." he said.
