It has been five years since America Singer lost the selection. She was heartbroken, but she gained one thing. A child. And on top of that, now she's in charge of the Northern Rebels. She has a lot going on for her. 

Until one fateful day, August makes the suggestion to send America's daughter to the castle so she can take the books, unsuspectingly. America refuses, but everyone else agrees. America is forced to go with the plan.

As America's daughter, 5-year-old Angelina, goes through her mom and dad's twisted past, secrets are revealed to both her and Maxon. What happens when Maxon figures out he has a secret child he never knew about?
