Yes there is still romance between the two and possibly more. Damian is struggling with his past and it's starting to haunt him. The only person who truly knows what is going on with him is his most trusted friend, Raven. There's nothing at this point that he can hide from her right? Raven struggles with the connection between her and Damian, she thought he cared for her, but is distracted by his own demons that aren't her. Will she admit the truth to him?
